New dry-process cement making production line refers to using new technology to produce cement, in which raw materials are decomposed outside of kiln. New dry-process cement production line regards suspension preheater and kiln decomposition technology as the core, and use new type energy- saving mill technology and equipment which can be used with different raw materials and different fuels. Computer controls the whole line, which realizes automatic, efficient, high quality, low cost, and environmentally friendly cement production.
The advantages of this technology: rapid heat transfer, thermal efficiency, high yield in unit volume compared to wet cement production line, low heat consumption.
The equipment of cement production line mainly includes three parts of cement kiln, cyclone preheater and grate cooler.
