1, Because of the vibration of the machine itself during processing, the ball mill may move and displace after a long time of using. That requires us to find the fixed point when we detect it. The main data we get by measuring the surface of the two processing bearing bases to judge whether they are in the same horizontal plane or not. The displacement in level direction of the two bearing seat an not exceed 1mm, and the vertical displacement can not exceed 0.5mm.

2, It is said that a manufacturer in Shandong have occurred an accident that the whole machine subverted, because equipment’s hollow shaft has not connected with the tile well. The contacted parts of ball mill’s hollow shaft and tiles should be 90% -100%, to ensure that there are at least two contacted points in every square inch.

3, To ensure the safety of operators, we need to regularly check and maintain the whole ball mill’s welding and screw bolts. The staffs responsible for feeding minerals must remember to look around the inlet, and keep themselves and the equipment with a safe distance. If materials splash accidentally at work, you should immediately notify the operator to stop processing equipment.
