Special Design of Our Disc Grain Making Machine

The disc grain making machine made by our company, an ideal choice among many pelletizers, adopts the high strength glass fiber for its disc lining to realize uniform granulating, high granulating rate, smooth operation, strong and durable performance and long service life.

Our company’s disk grain making machine is made up of the following parts: large disk, big gear, drive part, main frame, bottom case, scraper holder and unpowered scraper. Our machines have adopted many unique designing ideals and advanced technologies as follows:

1.The disk grain making machine has a new and reasonable structure with little weight and low height. Its flexible arrangement suits well for old plants’ reconstruction.

2.The dip angle of the disc is adjustable using the flexible and simple angle gaskets.

3.The unique combination of unpowered scraper reduces the auxiliary power consumption.

4.The disc consists of a plate and many plate sections which can reduce the main motor power. Disc sections can be adjusted up and down along the plate body. The ends of the plate section are flanges in order to avoid the pulling and tearing when the ball-shaped materials are discharged out of the disc.

5.The disk grain making machine uses a new cleaning technology, namely the combined unpowered scraper cleans the sides and bottom of the disc, while the corner scraper cleans the corners.
